Rena Peddie

The 2007 Joe Brennan Memorial Volunteer of the year recipient Rena Peddie sets a high bar when it comes to volunteering. Not only is Rena the TPHC treasurer, she also serves as show secretary at all the division shows and the trail rides. Rena is the main organizer for the, fundraising events (Nevada Sales), spring general meetings, and the awards and elections banquet. If there is a job that needs to be done Rena is there. The TPHC would not be as successful today if not for the hard work and dedication from Rena and her hubby Dennis.

When not working or doing tasks for the TPHC Rena enjoys trail riding with friends and family at their farm, on her horses Hawkeye and Jazzy. They can also be seen riding at the fall fair and Christmas parades.

Whether a jump course that is set up when you get to the fair grounds or signs pointing the way to the trailrides you can bet Rena was a part of it. They say that a club or organization is only as good as the people in it and the success of the TPHC is because of members like Rena.
